How Sodakoq Delivery keeps donations trustworthy

Organisations apply before they can be listed publicly on Sodakoq Delivery. Sodakoq reviews submitted information before an organisation is approved for public donation eligibility.

Some organisation profiles may show additional verification context, such as onsite verification, when that evidence is available. We do not present every organisation as onsite verified unless the platform has data to support that status.

Donations are paid through FPX via ToyyibPay when the live payment provider is active. Sodakoq Delivery does not treat a donation as confirmed until the payment status is verified through the server-side payment flow.

This helps keep donor records, fulfilment records, and payment status aligned before a Donation Box is prepared.

Donation Boxes are prepared for the selected organisation. Delivery goes to the organisation, not to the donor, so the organisation can distribute items to beneficiaries through its own care programmes or community operations.

Signed-in donors can view donation or order status from their account. Delivery evidence and fulfilment records are shown where available.

Sodakoq uses PDPA-aware privacy practices. Personal data is used only for account, donation, payment, fulfilment, organisation verification, and support purposes.
