At Sodakoq Delivery, we are committed to ensuring that every confirmed donation is fulfilled and delivered to the selected organisation.

When you support an organisation through our platform, you can expect that your donation will be handled with care, transparency, and accountability.

For every successfully completed payment:

• your donation will be processed and prepared for fulfilment
• a Donation Box of equivalent value will be assembled using Sodakoq Mart inventory
• the donation will be delivered to the organisation you selected

If we are unable to complete this due to an issue on our side, we will make it right.

Most donations are fulfilled and delivered within a few working days.

However, delivery timelines shown on the platform are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to:

• stock availability
• courier or logistics constraints
• weather or access conditions
• operational or safety considerations

We will always aim to complete your donation as soon as reasonably possible.

We provide visibility into your donation journey through:

• order and fulfilment status updates
• proof of packing
• proof of delivery

These features are designed to give you confidence that your donation has been successfully completed.

If we are unable to fulfil or deliver your donation due to an operational issue on our side, we will take appropriate action to resolve it.

This may include:

• reattempting fulfilment or delivery
• replacing the affected donation
• issuing a refund where fulfilment is not possible

We assess each situation carefully to ensure a fair outcome.

This Delivery Guarantee covers:

• Sodakoq Delivery's fulfilment and delivery process
• delivery of the Donation Box to the selected organisation

It does not cover:

• how organisations distribute donated items after delivery
• the timing or method of distribution to beneficiaries
• specific impact outcomes

A donation is considered successfully completed when:

• the Donation Box has been delivered to the selected organisation
• delivery is confirmed through our internal records or available proof

This guarantee applies only to donations with successfully completed and confirmed payments.

Failed, pending, or unverified payments are not considered completed donations.
