A Donation Box is a sponsored box of essential items prepared by Sodakoq Delivery and delivered to a selected organisation. The organisation then distributes the items to beneficiaries under its care.

2. Do I receive the Donation Box?

No. Donation Boxes are delivered directly to the selected organisation. Sodakoq Delivery is designed for sponsorship and fulfilment, not personal delivery to the donor.

3. Can I choose which organisation to support?

Yes. You can browse verified organisations, review their needs, and choose where your Donation Box should be delivered.

4. What is inside a Donation Box?

Each Donation Box contains essential items based on the selected box type. Product pages show the box value, description, and item details when available.

5. How is the delivery fee handled?

The Donation Box value covers the essential goods. Delivery fees are calculated separately so the fulfilment cost is clear before payment.

6. How do I know the organisation is real?

Organisations go through a review and verification workflow before appearing as active public organisations on the platform.

7. Can I track my donation?

After a successful donation, signed-in donors can view their donation record and delivery progress from their account.

8. What happens after the organisation receives the box?

The organisation distributes the items to beneficiaries based on its own community knowledge, care programmes, or welfare operations.

9. Can an organisation apply to join Sodakoq Delivery?

Yes. Organisations can submit an application through the platform. Sodakoq reviews the application before approving public visibility and donation eligibility. Apply at /organisations/apply.

10. Can I donate anonymously?

Signed-in donors can manage donation privacy preferences from their profile settings. When anonymous mode is enabled, public donor identity is shown as Anonymous.
