Sodakoq Delivery operates a donation sponsorship model.

When you make a donation:

• you are sponsoring a Donation Box for a selected organisation
• the items are fulfilled and delivered to that organisation
• the items are not delivered to you personally

This is not a purchase of goods for personal use.

Sodakoq Delivery:

• operates the platform
• coordinates order processing, fulfilment, and delivery
• provides visibility into donation activity and delivery status

Sodakoq Delivery is not:

• the final beneficiary of the donation
• a charity regulator
• a financial advisor

We facilitate the donation and fulfilment process, but we do not control all aspects of how organisations operate after delivery.

Recipient organisations are responsible for:

• their own activities and operations
• how donated items are distributed within their communities

While Sodakoq Delivery may perform onboarding or verification processes, we do not guarantee:

• every statement made by an organisation
• the exact manner in which items are distributed
• specific outcomes for specific individuals

Donations are intended to support organisations and their communities.

However:

• actual impact may vary
• distribution depends on operational and community needs
• a donation does not guarantee a specific outcome for a specific person or group

Sodakoq Delivery aims to fulfil Donation Boxes as described.

However, in some cases:

• item substitutions
• packaging adjustments
• operational changes

may be necessary due to availability or operational constraints, while maintaining the overall purpose of the donation.

Delivery timelines shown on the platform are estimates unless stated otherwise.

Delays may occur due to:

• operational constraints
• stock availability
• courier or logistics issues
• weather or access conditions

Sodakoq Delivery provides delivery updates and proof where available, but timing is not guaranteed.

By making a donation:

• you do not obtain ownership or possession of the donated goods for personal use

Your public display name is based on your privacy settings:

• anonymous mode: shown as "Anonymous"
• otherwise: your display name may be shown

We do not display your email address or phone number publicly.
